Prohibition and subsequent urban expansion didn’t leave much room for vineyards, but the great geography and climate, which provided the foundation for the industry, remains.
In particular, our vineyards reside in the tiny town of Agua Dulce, in north Los Angeles County at an elevation of about 2800 feet. Here, they benefit from nutrient rich soils, gorgeous clear days of sun, mild daytime temperatures and cool evenings – a grape paradise! The MacAdams and their renowned winemaker, Jim Yerkes, produced the inaugural vintage of Agua Dulce vineyards’ wines from estate-grown fruit in 2001.
Our direct sell wine opportunity was founded in 2005 with the mission of bringing Agua Dulce Vineyards’ wine to the living rooms and dining rooms of American households. Then in April, 2008 we saw an opportunity for beautiful synergies with another direct sell company, SUZANNE™, and joined our two companies to become the ultimate direct sell business, offering our consultants and their clients a holistic approach to leading a healthier, happier, more beautiful life.
Agua Dulce clients won’t find our wines in liquor stores or restaurants. You bring them exclusive offers at in-home tasting you have worked with your hosts to provide. By sharing our wines, complete with the experience of a vineyard wine paring class, we offer our guests, their friends and families a truly unique in-home tasting opportunity. In turn, we offer our consultants the incentives, support and resources to seize a truly unique business opportunity.
