Orange Protein Shake

1 or 2 scoops of SUZANNE Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
1 packet Projoba Pollen Burst
1 oz Osteo Fx Plus (optional)
8-12 oz of water
Ice

Mix all together either in a blender bottle or in your blender.
For those that love an orange cream ice cream this will be a favorite for you.
Note: Pollen Burst contains fructose and is equivaliant to one small apple in sugars.

Chocolate Peanutbutter Shake

2 scoops of SUZANNE Chocolate Protein Shake Mix
1 oz Youngevity Osteo Fx Plus
2 Tbs. of Natural Peanutbutter
1 or 2 scoops SomerSweet (otional)
8 oz water
Ice

Mix all together either in a blender bottle or in your blender

Apple Cherry Crisp
6-8 sliced peeled apples
1 cup thawed frozen tart cherries
1 box SUZANNE Apple Cinnamon Cake Mix
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
1/3 cup water
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Preheat over to 350*. Place
cherries in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Combine the Cake Mix and quick cooking oats, then add the melted butter and continue mixing until crumbly. Spread mixture over the fruit, then drizzle water on mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
Variation: Substitute peaches for apples or dried cranberries for cherries for a new twist.

Chocolate Brownie Bread
2 boxes SUZANNE Flourless Chocolate Brownie Mix
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted
3 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour batter into bread machine and select the Quick Bread Cycle. Press "Start" and follow the bread machine directions.

Chocolate Raspberry Trifle
1 box SUZANNE Flourless Chocolate Brownie Mix, prepared
1
pouch SUZANNE Raspberry Mousse Mix, prepared
1 pouch SUZANNE Chocolate Mousse Mix, prepared
2 cups prepared real whipped cream
1 pt. fresh raspberries
Fresh Mint Sprig
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cut brownies into small cubes. Place half of the brownie cubes into the bottom of a 2-quart serving bowl. Top with the prepared Raspberry Mousse, half of the raspberries and half of the real whipped cream. Layer remaining brownie cubes, the prepared Chocolate Mousse, remaining raspberries (save a couple for garnish) and the whipped cream into bowl. Refrigerate at least one hour. Garnish with a few raspberries and fresh mint sprig.

Chocolate Crumble Crust
ALMOST LEVEL ONE
Makes one 9" round crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1 box Flourless Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg

Combine all the ingredients with a whisk or an electric mixer. Press into the bottom and sides of a well-greased 9" spring form pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
Let cool and fill with desired cheesecake recipe, continuing with instructions for the cheesecake. For best results, lower the suggested oven temperature by 25 degrees and do not bake in a water bath. |

Creme Brulee Cheesecake
12 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 egg
1 box SUZANNE Creme Brulee Mix
1 graham cracker pie crust

Preheat oven 350*. Beat cream cheese, vanilla and 1/4 cup of cream in mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Combine Creame Brulee Mix and remaining cream in a medium bowl, then whisk until smooth. Blend Creme Brulee Mix into cream cheese with electric mixer. Spoon into graham cracker pie crust.
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes, then let cool. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. |
